The aim of the DUOMO Company is the satisfied clients. If however the user wishes to return a product, they have the right to do so within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, at no charge, (refers to customers from Greece) provided that the return is done by the cooperating with DUOMO Courier Company. Specifically, the user must contact DUOMO by phone or email (please include the order ID) at sales@duomo.gr. The cost of the new shipment is borne by the user .

For orders delivered in countries out of Greece, the return charge is paid by the buyer. DUOMO will not refund the return postage, unless the wrong item has been received or the item is proved to be faulty.

In order for the products to be returned, they must not be used, worn, washed, altered or have suffered damage, and the identification card along with all fabric label of the designer must be attached to the product, together with all the documents that came with (e.g. ITT, AP retail, Waybill, etc). The user is obliged to try the product they bought without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and accepted.

The products must, in all cases, be returned complete and unused, in the original packaging. Where there are bands and any designer's packages, such as authenticity cards, protective cases, leather labels, designer boxes and jewelry boxes they should also be returned, as they are considered part of the product. If the returned boxes of goods have suffered damage, the return may not be accepted. The overall swimwear and bikini bottom should be tried over the underwear, without removing the protective adhesive tape. For reasons of hygiene protection if this tape has been removed or if the items have fouled, their return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to the customer.

If all these conditions are met, the DUOMO Company is obliged to replace the product with any other item, of the same value, the customer wishes. In case of greater value, the difference is charged to the customer. Product returned are made in the current value of the item.
Once the DUOMO Company receives the returned product and ensures that it is unused and in the original packaging, it will notify the user by telephone or e-mail.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective are the products that are damaged upon receipt or exhibit a manufacturing slip within one (1) month after the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective.

All products that bear obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product or any other item the customer wishes. However, the DUOMO Company reserves the right, in the case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for testing, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed about the progress of the complaint. Where feasible, the DUOMO Company will repair the defective product.

MONEY REFUND
In case of a refund, the process begins as soon as we receive the product and if the product qualifies for a refund (not used , not damaged, keeps all the label on it etc).

The amount is refundable depending on how you have make the payment:
If you have used your credit card, the amount will be credited to your card, via PAYPAL, refund to your PAYPAL account or wire transfer, the amount is credited to a bank account.

In this case the charge of returning the parcel is solely for you.
The process will be completed within fourteen (14) days of receipt the product.
